As everyone knows, the world’s currently being tested by a very serious pandemic and thus, a lot of people are affected by it. Fortunately, during this time, it has also become really obvious how deeply people generally care for each other and how far some people are willing to go to contribute to society in a very positive way.
Having said that, I find it highly appropriate to specifically put Sakura’s Japanese Steakhouse in the spotlight due to their selfless initiative. To be more specific, I happened to stumble upon their Facebook page and that’s when I noticed that they have started a very touching action, back in April 7th called “Meals for Medical Workers”. In light of this initiative, they will not only accept donations, but they will also match these donations to make sure that the medical staff at Advent Health in Palm Coast will be properly fed. Healthcare workers are truly essential during these hard times and to see Sakura’s Japanese Steakhouse supporting them via this beautiful initiative is truly heartwarming. Therefore, Sakura’s Japanese Steakhouse definitely should be recognized for their wonderful work!
During this pandemic, it has become clearer than ever that people need to look out for each other and that’s precisely what Sakura’s Japanese Steakhouse is doing. They’re providing healthcare workers with much-needed support and thus, they are a prime example of what this world needs right now: genuine people and businesses that are willing to strengthen the community by helping out other people in a time of need!
It shouldn’t come as a surprise that many businesses in Flagler County are currently taking big financial hits due to the pandemic, Sakura’s Japanese Steakhouse being one of them. However, they still make it a point to keep their restaurant up and running and are doing everything in their power to keep providing high-quality services. So, if you’re into Hibachi style food and you want to repay them for their generous community work, don’t hesitate to hit them up to get some nice food. While you’re at it, it would be great if you could support their initiative by donating if you’re able to. By doing this, you will help send food to the amazing healthcare workers over at Advent Health and they could really use all the help they can get! So, don’t forget to check out Sakura’s Japanese Steakhouse’s Facebook page if you’re looking for more information about their incredible initiative. (Message them to see if they are still doing this.)
And just to note. They will be opening for dine in for “Reservation only”. More details on their page.
Of course, Sakura’s Japanese Steakhouse is not the only altruistic business that’s delivering great work when it comes to supporting the community. There are many other businesses that are also helping out people in need any way they can and they also deserve to be acknowledged. Thus, if you can think of any other businesses that deserve recognition for their contribution to making the pandemic a little more bearable for all of us, you can just let us know. Basically, we’re always looking for more incredible stories about generous businesses and we’ll be happy to post their initiatives for all of Flagler to see!
